Gmail be available offline

Gmail ready to go offline Google Gears browser plugin (except for Chrome, which is the default) and go offline to enable the Labs in your Gmail settings, and after saving the change, in the upper right of the account, next to user name, there will be a new link 'Offline'.
Clicking this link will begin the process of offline synchronization, which Gmail uses Gears to download a local cache of mail. As long as we are connected to the network, this cache is in sync with Gmail's servers. When you lose your connection, Gmail will automatically switch to offline mode, and uses the data stored on the hard disk of the computer Instead of information transmitted over the network.
When you reconnect to the Internet, is automatically performed a synchronization of all inbound and outbound.
From what we read so far, it seems that some functions, such as the spelling checker will not work offline (at least initially). While attachments can not be opened, we will not be able to add them to an e-mail when sending offline. "
