Ruben

source: Wikipedia
Ruben is a name of Hebrew origin, and then adapted in Latin Rhuben or Ruben. In the Bible, Reuben is the firstborn son of Jacob. His mother Leah requires the name, saying: "The Lord saw my affliction." Reuben lost his birthright because of his union with his father's concubine Bilhah. His descendants formed the tribe of Reuben, whose territory lies east of the Jordan River. The name comes from the words rah, see - or perhaps even Ruh, providence - and well, son. The meaning is, however, "child of providence." variants and Rubens are Rubes distributed on the prestige of the Flemish painter Peter Paul Rubens.
